Oracle Analytics

Objective: Deliver a three tier human centric series of stories for adoption and engagement of the Oracle Analytics stories. Each tier increased in the depth of story moving from an executive summary to the community hub and then a complete story including film and infographic support.

Result: The strategic execution of the three-tier human-centric storytelling approach yielded remarkable results. The initial executive summaries provided a concise overview for executive leadership, facilitating a clear understanding of the Oracle Analytics platform’s capabilities. This served as a foundation for the subsequent tiers.

The community hub stories, gave a significant uplift in engagement. This interactive  tier allowed for a broader reach across both horizontal and vertical customer bases in the US. It became a centralised space for fostering discussions, sharing insights, and building on the Oracle Analytics community.

The final tier, with compelling films and infographics, proved to be a game-changer. The multimedia support enhanced the storytelling experience, making complex concepts more accessible. This comprehensive approach not only resonated with the target audience but also led to increased sales performance.

Background

Oracle Analytics is considered the most important part of Oracle as they grow into the AI/ML space for data driven decsion making. With their wealth of case studies to demonstrate real life impact to businesses that use the software integration, a selection of human stories that would influence the audience on an emotional level, while revealing the real cost benefits and scalability of the Analytics software suite was undertaken.

Brief

Create an on brand concept, that delivers three levels of information packets, light, medium and heavy, that the partner company can adopt as part of their own marketing collateral with other partners and customers engaging in the value proposition of Oracle Analytics.

Solutions
We created a simple marketing plan of attracting (tier one); interacting (tier two) and acting (tier three); and using the Analytics software to measure response and depth of engagement, per the vertical and horizontal market positioning of the stories. 

We created a social media campaign, using snippets of film to stimulate an action to read more for various social media and community platforms. The story continues into an executive summary that leads the audience into the community hub, where they can register and join or simply enjoy the content.

Furthermore, we weaved the stories into more detailed content, with the customers, the Partner company and Oracle Analytics.

Outcomes

Success has come from hard work and a forensically detailed approach to position Oracle Analytics as a global business unit with real world successes for everyone in the communications chain.
